Recruitment pipeline
From application to onboarding.
Everything after a candidate applies runs on its own, from the role’s handbook to the welcome pack. Recruiters only make the pass or fail calls.
Recruiters make the decisions. The pipeline does the rest.
Caprae hires across eleven roles, and every applicant goes through the same stages: a handbook for the role, a submitted assignment, an interview and, for those who pass, onboarding.
Applicant tracking tools stop at the application. Everything after it was manual: sending the right handbook, chasing submissions, booking interviews and emailing onboarding documents, one candidate at a time.
Now an application starts it all. The right handbook goes out with a deadline, the submission comes back through a form, and a recruiter is pinged to grade it. A pass or a fail sends the next email on its own: an interview invite, a polite no, or the welcome pack. Interviews are shared out between interviewers in turn, and candidates book their own slot.

Where this
fits.
Built for ourselves first.
Every tool here runs inside a real business, either ours, a client's or a company our founders built.
Caprae CRM
One place where each client sees every lead, call and interested owner, instead of waiting for a weekly update.
Lead QA
AI scores every lead; a human spot-checks the greens and the reds before anything goes out.
Call intelligence
Recordings become transcripts, scored on the opener, tone and pitch, then rolled up per caller into a status, a coaching priority and the best times to call.
